Dr. Peppard is a native of Los Angeles, California. His formal education includes graduating in 1985 from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He completed his chiropractic education graduating with honors from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, located in Whittier, California, in April of 1990. He has been in private practice ever since.

Dr. Peppard is involved in various community activities and organizations, including his church. He also holds a current license to practice chiropractic in the state of Arizona.
